Recently there was a fire onboard the containership Maersk Elba while it was en route to Felixstowe from the Suez Canal. This has put a question on the ship’s voyage. Keeping this in mind, the shipping giant Maersk has informed MSC about the incident.
As of December 31, the ship is under towage in Algeciras Spain where the vessel will undergo repairs before continuing its journey to Europe.
