Swedish shipping company Stena Line has announced the addition of 186m-long Visentini RoPax vessel Stena Livia to its Baltic Sea fleet.
The new vessel will initially join the Stena Flavia vessel on the Ninashamna-Ventspils route in mid-April, replacing the chartered Scottish Viking vessel.
Both vessels will replace the existing tonnage on the Traveminde-Liepaja route later in the year. This will increase the freight capacity of the route by 40% while substantially shortening transit time.
