Fire erupted on car deck of ferry STENA SCANDICA at around 1240 LT (UTC +2) Aug 29, in Baltic sea SW of Gotska Sandon island. Ferry with some 300 people on board and vehicles, is en route from Stockholm to Ventspils Latvia, she stopped and went adrift shortly after fire started.
