Hola, qué te pareció el %? Yo sabía que las grandes empresas siempre van al outsourcing y por que? Te comento algo. Sabes cual es el eslabón de la cadena de suministro más difícil en todo sentido? Planeamiento de la demanda – Compras – Almacenes – Inventario – transporte – distribución. Ok el transporte es el eslabón más débil y difícil ya que hay contingencias que aparecen como: posibles desperfectos en el camión / avión / nave, temas de climas (ej en Perú hay malas carreteras, huaicos, huelgas, etc), en fin acabo de decir y comentar algo que es un tema interesante pero quiero ver que les parece???
