APM Terminals unveils US$390 million investment and secures new concession for Brazilian container terminal

Brasil Terminal Portuário (BTP) has received approval from Brazil’s Ministry of Ports and Airports and the Santos Port Authority to extend its operational tenure at the Port of Santos by an additional 20 years, valid until 2047.

BTP requests contract renewal at the Port of Santos

The Brazilian port operator, Brasil Terminal Portuário (BTP) has requested on 26 May for the early renewal of its leasing contract in the Port of Santos, with an investment commitment of about US$250 million planned for the next 20 years of extension.

Santos terminal BTP orders Kalmar tractor units

Brasil Terminal Portuário (BTP) has ordered nine Kalmar Ottawa T2 terminal tractors from the Finnish manufacturer for its terminal operations at the Port of Santos, Brazil.
