Daewoo Logistics opens storage container yard in Busan

Daewoo Logistics will open a container yard catering to Busan New Port on 24 August, capable of handling 3,580 TEU daily.

Due to ongoing logistical bottlenecks, Busan New Port’s current storage facilities have been stretched, necessitating the creation of makeshift storage in other areas within the compound.

Konecranes secures Busan’s new order

The HDC Hyundai Development Company of Korea has ordered a fleet of 28 Konecranes Noell Sprinter Carriers for Busan New Port 2-4 in Busan, Korea.

Subsidised container inspections for South Korean SMEs

HMM Oslo heads for Europe with a full load

HMM Oslo, the company’s second 24,000TEU ship, has left for Europe, according to a company statement on 31 May, with all its slots full, repeating a feat achieved by sister vessel HMM Algeciras.
