FloraHolland accused of patent infringement of flower storage technology

There is an interesting legal case in the Netherlands, which will no doubt be closely watched. Judge reduces ILWU award to ICTSI over Portland slowdowns

A judge has overruled a jury’s $93.6m award to ICTSI from the ILWU, over work slowdowns at Portland. The award was reduced to $19m – “the maximum amount sustainable by the proof”.
