IMO encourages participation in WMO voluntary observing ships scheme

The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) called IMO’s Maritime Safety Committee (MSC) to reintroduce the request for the recruitment of ships to provide ship-based marine meteorological and oceanographic observations.
