DP World to buy Imperial Logistics for US$890 million

The UAE-based global port operator, DP World has made an offer to the African-focused logistics solutions provider, Imperial Logistics, to acquire all outstanding shares of the company for US$4.6 per share, which translates to a total of US$890 million.

Imperial Logistics gets leaner as it sells S America shipping business

Imperial Logistics has taken another step in its bid to “get fitter”, by rationalising its sprawling businesses, with the sale of its South American shipping arm.

Imperial sells Multinaut

Imperial has sold its 90% holding in Multinaut Donaulogistik Gesellschaft m.b.H. to Peter Jedlicka, Multinaut’s Managing Director.
 
Jedlicka sold the stake to Imperial in 2008, retaining 10% of its shares; he is now again the sole owner of the business.

Hugo Pluess named Imperial Logistics’ new IT chief

Sandro Knecht is new chief commercial officer at Imperial Logistics
