Iran’s Navy has defeated a pirate attack on an Iran-based cargo vessel in the Gulf of Aden, the Iranian Press TV reported on Saturday. Some unidentified pirates had attacked the vessel on Friday. However, experiencing the fire from the 80th fleet of the Iranian Navy they fled. It added that the Iranian vessel has set sail for its destination.
