Container shipping and logistics giants Maersk and CMA CGM have decided to collaborate on several areas relating to decarbonization, particularly on developing the use of alternative greener fuels for container vessel propulsion.

CMA CGM acquiring Port of LA’s Fenix Marine Services

The CMA CGM Group announced it will become the sole owner of the Fenix Marine Services (FMS) terminal at the Port of Los Angeles by acquiring the remaining 90% stake in a deal with an enterprise value of $2.3 billion.

CMA CGM To Employ LNG-Powered Ships On The Transpacific

CMA CGM is to deploy six LNG-powered 15,000 teu ships on the transpacific, the largest gas-powered boxships to call in North America to date, reports Splash247.

CMA CGM expanding in Virginia, launching startup incubator
