Pilot Freight Services acquires DSI Logistics

Global transportation and logistics provider Pilot Freight Services has expanded its last-mile delivery capabilities with the acquisition of DSI Logistics (DSI), a non-asset-based provider of last-mile home delivery and installation for heavy and hard-to-handle goods.

PICKUP raises $15M for white-glove retail delivery

On Tuesday, PICKUP, a last-mile delivery solution, announced it has raised $15 million in a Series B funding round and will use the money for expansion and a focus on the service experience.
