Maritime Partners adds two to leadership team

Metairie, La., headquartered Maritime Partners LLC has recently added Stephen J. Bordes and Greg Chase to its executive leadership team.

Bordes, who joins Maritime Partners as its chief financial officer, has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of finance and fund management.

Prior to joining Maritime Partners, he served as the CFO for New York-based American Industrial Partners, a middle-market private equity firm that invests in industrial businesses.

KOTUG takes full ownership of Kotug Seabulk Maritime

KOTUG International B.V. said today that it has concluded the acquisition of Kotug Seabulk Maritime LLC (KSM), taking full ownership of the business. SEACOR Holdings sells U.S. harbor towing business

SEACOR Holdings Inc. says its Seabulk Towing Holdings Inc. subsidiary is to sell its U.S. harbor towing operations and assets. They are being bought by two fifth-generation family-owned companies: New Orleans headquartered E.N. Bisso & Son, Inc. and Houston headquartered Bay-Houston Towing Co.
