Adani adds Dighi to portfolio

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone has completed the acquisition of Dighi Port Limited (DPL). Dighi is the 12th port to join the group’s network across the eastern and western coasts of India and establishes a presence in Maharashtra, the largest contributor to India’s GDP. The acquisition will enable APSEZ to better service customers in the state, which includes the highly industrialised areas around Mumbai and Pune.
