Acquisition consortium completes Atlas takeover

Poseidon Acquisition Corp. has completed the previously announced takeover of Atlas Corp., the parent company of Seaspan.

Seaspan Corp acquires two container ships

Vancouver-based Seaspan Corporation has reported that it has acquired two 13,000TEU ships for around US$146 million. These vessels will both immediately go out on long term charters.
