French shipping giant CMA CGM Group has completed the acquisition of Bolloré Logistics from its compatriot transportation company Bolloré Group.

Bolloré Logistics launches SEAalternative, an offer to reduce carbon impact of ocean shipments thanks to the use of biofuel, aiming to meet International Maritime Organization (IMO) regulations for a 70% reduction in ocean freight CO2e emissions in 2050 compared to 2008.
