Shippers will continue to fight EC’s liner block exemption extension

European shippers have warned that they intend to fight on against the European Commission’s plans to extend the block exemption from EU competition rules, which allows liner shipping groups to form consortia.

Shipping’s customers and suppliers demand EC rethinks BER extension

The liner shipping industry’s block exemption from EU competition law has come under renewed attack from the sector’s customers and suppliers.

Las principales organizaciones del sector portuario europeo han acogido con satisfacción el informe Clune adoptado por la Comisión de Transportes de la Eurocámara como base para el futuro reglamento de la ventanilla única marítima europea.
