ClassNK’s Awards Its First DSS Notation for LNG-fueled PCTC

ClassNK has granted its first “Digital Smart Ship(DSS)” notation for LNG-fueled PCTC, says a press release published on their website.

Leading Classification Society ClassNK awarded its “Digital Smart Ship(DSS)” notation for “SAKURA LEADER”, LNG-fueled PCTC. 

  • The vessel was ordered to Shin Kurushima Dockyard Co. Ltd. by NYK Line,
  • and is marked with the first “DSS” on its notation in ClassNK’s registry.
