On Saturday, Akhil, one of the three Keralites and a native of Avoor, was released by Yemen’s Houthi rebels after 112 long days of captivity.

Indian Seafarer’s Training Certificates’ Validity Extended By 12 Months

Mumbai’s directorate general of shipping has reportedly allowed an extension in the validity of the certificate typically issued for Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping (STCW).
