ILWU, ICTSI Oregon reach agreement to settle all legal disputes

The International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) and ICTSI Oregon have jointly announced the resolution of all legal disputes.

According to a statement, this settlement brings an end to ICTSI’s claims against ILWU in the prolonged litigation known as ICTSI Oregon, Inc. v. International Longshore and Warehouse Union, et al., Case No. 3:12-cv-1058-SI, which was pending in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.
