Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering (KSOE), an intermediary holding company of Hyundai Heavy Industries Group, has won an order for six 45,700-ton ConRo vessels, ships that combine features of both a container ship and a roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) vessel, says an article published in Business Korea.

KSOE Bags Orders for 3 Ships Worth 152b Won

Korea Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (KSOE), has won orders for three ships worth 152 billion won, reports BusinessKorea.

About the contract 

KSOE announced on Feb. 8 that it has recently signed a contract with Oceania-based shipping companies to build three ships. 

This includes two 40,000-cubic-meter LPG carriers and one 40,000-ton petroleum carrier (PC). 

In particular, the PC ship contract includes an option for one more ship of the same class.
