Dubai’s Grandweld Shipyard has held a keel laying ceremony for two out of a total of four high-performance TRAktor 2700-Z tugs that it has been contracted to build. The tugs have been ordered by Specialities Construction for General Trading and Contracting Company (SCC) and will be operated by Kuwait Ports Authority (KPA) in Shuwaikh Port.
