Gasnor To Supply LNG For Ulvan Rederi

Nowegian Gas Supplier Gasnor will supply Ulvan Rederi’s new hybrid vessel with LNG under the terms of a 5-year supply agreement, says an article published in Ship&Bunker.

Ulvan Rederi’s ship the ‘Oddrun With’ is under construction in Turkey and will have a 350 m3 LNG tank as well as a battery propulsion system, Gasnor said in a statement on its website last week. The ship is due for delivery in May.

Chinese gas supplier Shenzhen Gas has signed a contract with Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding for one firm and one option LNG newbuildings, reports Seatrade Maritime News.

BHP Seals LNG Supply Deal With Shell

Total Launches First LNG Bunker Vessel

Total has launched its first large LNG bunker vessel, following a long-term charter contract between Total and Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) in February 2018, reports Total.

LNG supply in Northern Europe

After delivery in 2020, the bunker vessel will operate in Northern Europe, where she will supply LNG to commercial vessels, including 300,000 tons per year for CMA CGM’s nine ultra-large newbuild container ships in Europe-Asia trade, for a period of at least 10 years.
