Point Pickup launches a new app, GigPoint, that will help gig workers manage their finances and earn rewards

Point Pickup, the tech-enabled last-mile delivery provider, wants to bring the care economy to the gig economy. The Stamford, Connecticut-based company on Thursday launched GigPoint, a loyalty app aimed toward helping gig workers manage, enjoy and earn more from their work.

Point Pickup raises $30M to grow e-commerce platform


Point Pickup’s
CEO, Tom Fiorita, goes to considerable lengths to distinguish the final-mile delivery company from Silicon Valley tech platforms.
