Hapag-Lloyd to apply port congestion in Bejaia

Hapag-Lloyd announces that its operations in Bejaia (Algeria) are suffering from increased delays due to current port congestion.

Given these circumstances, Hapag-Lloyd will implement a Congestion Surcharge (CGD) on all import shipments to Bejaia, effective as from August 15, 2019 as follows:

Manila: Port congestion easing

MANILA, Philippines — Congestion at the ports of Manila are easing and expected to continue to improve in the coming months after the problem resurfaced and hampered commerce since late last year, officials from the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) and the Bureau of Customs (BOC) said.
