Signet Maritime delivers the first of two advanced Rotortugs

Signet Maritime’s Pascagoula, Miss., shipyard has recently completed the Signet Sirius. The first of two ART 92-32W Rotortugs, it and is the first ART (advanced Rotortug) that Signet has built for its fleet.

Signet Maritime tug completes propulsion and maneuvering upgrades

ST Engineering Halter Marine and Offshore, Pascagoula, Miss., has carried out upgrades to Signet Maritime Corporation’s 10,000 bhp ocean towing tug Signet Warhorse II that included retrofitting new propulsion and maneuvering systems.

Signet Maritime closes $140 million credit line

2015 March OTW SIGNET VIGILANT

Signet Maritime Corp., Houston, announced today that it closed a $140 million credit facility with Riverstone Credit Partners L.P., a dedicated energy and power credit fund managed by Riverstone Holdings LLC.

Proceeds from the term loan will repay and retire Signet’s existing first lien credit facility, to fund development capital expenditures, and pay related transaction fees and expenses. This financing transaction was solely led and arranged by Riverstone.
