Boluda Corporación Marítima will buy Smit Lamnalco (SL), the world’s fifth-largest towage operator, through its Boluda Towage business.

With a fleet of 600 tugboats and an intervention capacity in 50 countries and 148 ports around the world, SL will allow Boluda Corporación Marítima to increase its presence in critical areas such as Australia, Middle East, and West Africa.
