IBM survey: COVID-19 has refocused executives on digitization and supply chain resiliency

The COVID-19 pandemice has convinced many supply chain executives of one thing: they need to accept change.

A recent survey of over 3,800 C-suite executives across 22 industries in 20 countries found that 66% of executives said they have completed technology initiatives that had previously encountered resistance.
