Will wind turbine transporters continue to roll during COVID-19?

The coronavirus pandemic’s global spread earlier this year put the brakes on many U.S. industrial project cargoes, but truckloads of behemoth wind turbine components continue to roll across the nation’s highways.

Amazon’s brokerage operation goes national

As demand for goods from its own warehouses as well as third-party suppliers skyrocket, Amazon is expanding its brokerage division, first launched just a year ago.

According to a report from Business Insider, the ecommerce giant is now offering brokerage services in 48 states. Amazon’s shipper-focused website, freight.amazon.com, now says service areas include “all U.S. states except Alaska and Hawaii.”
