Stord acquires ProPack Logistics, expands North American footprint

Fulfillment provider Stord announced recently it has acquired ProPack Logistics to strengthen its temperature-controlled and last-mile shipping services to its omnichannel brands. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

CognitOps raise $11M to increase warehouse visibility

CognitOps, a software company that specializes in AI-based warehouse management applications, announced on Thursday it has raised $11 million in a Series A round led by FirstMark Capital. Cloud-based supply chain provider Manhattan Associates’ pipeline ‘never stronger’

Management from Manhattan Associates (NASDAQ: MANH), a supply chain solutions technology provider, beat fourth-quarter forecasts and raised 2021 guidance on Tuesday.
