With effect from 6 December 2018, Singapore’s port limits have been revised. The MPA Singapore issued a new circular informing that, from 19 December 2018, vessels shall comply with the amended reporting procedures for vessels manoeuvring in port. Also, all power driven vessels, irrespective of size, will be required to be fitted with a working transponder as a port entry requirement.
