Traxens and MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company have collaborated for piloting the internet-of-things (IoT) network at the Port of Valencia in Spain.
The project also involves the Port Authority at Port of Valencia and Fundacion Valenciaport (FVP).
It aims to improve the operational efficiency of the port by tracking the real-time movement of the vehicles.
Traxens will set up additional gateways to broaden the range of its IoT network at other Port of Valencia terminals.
