Canada’s Transportation Safety Board (TSB) released an investigation report on the grounding of Fishing vessel ‘Fisherman’s Provider II’ that took place on February 6, while the incident resulted to the master of the vessel having a fatal incident.
The Incident
On 6 February 2018, the master and 3 crew members arrived at the company dock in Canso, Nova Scotia, for their fishing voyage.
