GasLog Ltd. (“GasLog” or “the Company”) is very pleased to announce that a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has signed a ground-breaking long-term time charter party agreement with LNG Marine Transport Limited (“LMT”), the principal LNG shipping entity of Japan’s JERA Co., Inc (“JERA”), for its existing uncommitted newbuild vessel, HN 2274. JERA is one of the largest LNG buyers globally by volume.
