Annova LNG was provided with its final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) from the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), which is thought to be a significant milestone in the development process for the Annova LNG Brownsville Project.
Specifically, the FERC EIS commented in its statement that impacts on the environment from the proposed Project would be mitigated in comparison to significant levels with the implementation of Annova’s proposed impact avoidance.
