On 5-6 June 2019, the leaders of the states participating in the so-called Three Seas Initiative gathered in Ljubljana.
The initiative, launched in 2015 and involving 12 Central European countries which are connected by the Adriatic, Baltic and Black Sea, is also strongly supported by the United States.
