Marine fuel supplier Peninsula Petroleum plans to double deliveries of very low-sulfur fuel oil (VLSFO) to 600,000 tonnes by the year-end just before the new shipping rules take effect, reports Reuters.
300,000 tonnes of VLSFO deliveredCEO John A. Bassadone said that to date they have delivered 300,000 tonnes of VLSFO in their physical supply ports of Gibraltar, Algeciras, Barcelona, Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp, Canary Islands, Malta, Panama, U.S. Gulf Coast and Los Angeles.
