Port of Barcelona aims to be Mediterranean’s LNG hub

The Port of Barcelona recently announced its total handling amount of LNG bunkerings during 2019. The European port managed to handle 18 LNG bunkerings, including AIDAnova and the Costa Smeralda.

As the port further informed, around 37.200 cubic meters of LNG was bunkered via vessel-to-vessel operations, through a tanker to the cruise ships.
