Equipment on fire at Bristol Port

According to an announcement by the Bristol Port, fire broke out at Bristol Port’s Royal Portbury Docks on 28th March during loading operations.

Namely, on 28th March, whilst loading a ship, a piece of loading equipment caught fire. According to sources the ship was the Greek bulk carrier ‘Thalassini’.

After the fire broke out Avon Fire and Rescue Service and Svitzer tug crews rushed on the scene to help and put the fire out.
