Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. announced Tuesday it has entered into an agreement with an unaffiliated third party to purchase a secondhand Capesize vessel for “prompt delivery”.The vessel Geniuship, to be renamed Goodship, was built in 2005 at Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding Co. Ltd.
