EMSA Publishes 2018 EU Seafarer Statistics

EMSA has published a statistical review report based on data extracted.
The data is extracted from certificates and endorsements registered by the EU Member States.
The information has been recorded in the STCW Information System.
It represents a snapshot of the EU seafarers holding valid certificates and endorsements in 2018.
