Two Cargo Ships Banned from Paris MoU Region

• Two cargo ships were detained in the Paris MoU region within December.
• Both vessels flied flags that are black on the current Paris MoU list.

One was detained in Port Ravenna, Italy, on 1st December 2020. This is the fourth detention in the Paris MoU region within the last 36 months.
