After Molslinjen, EQT Infrastructure to Acquire Torghatten

EQT Infrastructure and Torghatten ASA announced that HATI BidCo AS will launch an offer to acquire all outstanding shares in Torghatten through a voluntary cash offer. The airline segmnt (Wideroe) is excluded from the transaction. Earlier in December, EQT acquired Molslinjen.
