CMA CGM has announced several peak season surcharges (PSS) in a number of regions which will take effect later in January and in February.
In the first instance, the French carrier will apply a PSS of US$200/TEU for dry, out of gauge (OOG), breakbulk and reefer containers from North Europe, Scandinavia, Poland and the Baltic Sea to the US, Canada and Mexico East Coast. This PSS will be effective from 3 February.
In addition, CMA CGM will implement a PSS of the same amount for similar cargo types...
