Kevin Mooney named President of Irving Shipbuilding

Irving Shipbuilding, Halifax, Nova Scotia, has appointed Kevin Mooney as President. He succeeds former Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) commander Vice-Admiral Kevin M. McCoy, who will return to his family in Maine in April 2021.
