The Port of Oakland’s governing Board of Port Commissioners unanimously selected for the second time Andreas Cluver as President. The seven-member Oakland Board of Port Commissioners unanimously selected the East Bay labor leader at a special meeting last week.
Cluver will begin his second one-year term next month, after first gaining the presidency in July 2020.
