The Dubai Maritime City Authority (DMCA) of Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) has been successful in floating a container vessel that was grounded on Thursday near Dubai’s Palm Deira when it was sailing from Port Khalid to Khalifa Port.
