Peru’s environmental inspector on Saturday February 5th authorized a temporary resumption of hydrocarbon loading and unloading operations at sea at La Pampilla refinery, owned by Spain-based Repsol which had been halted during a probe of a major oil spill. Operations at La Pampilla terminals off Peru’s coast are being allowed to resume for 10 days….
