9月28日，由中国船舶集团旗下中国船舶工业贸易有限公司联合中船澄西船舶修造有限公司为东海安和散货运输有限公司建造的45号82000吨散货船“EASTERN HEATHER”号顺利交付，比合同交船期提前97天，航改周期仅仅5天。
