EUROPE’S biggest port, Rotterdam, plans to make mass flow meters to measure fuel supplies more accurately, reports Reuters. The move aims to boost transparency and efficiency to avoid disputes over fuel volumes that sometimes occur during refuelling, referred to as bunkering.
